2 egg whites, stiffly beaten<br />
2 C flour<br />
1 tsp baking soda<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
1/4 C water<br />
1/2 C milk<br />

<p><font face="Arial">Add sugar gradually and cream well.</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial">Add yolks one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift flour, measure and resift with baking soda and salt. Combine water, milk and vanilla. Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with the milk mixture, stirring gently until butter is smooth after each addition. Stir in the custard.</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial">Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial">Bake in 2 greased 9 inch round layer pans that have been buttered (not sprayed).</font></p>

1 medium onion, diced<br />
3 C cooked chicken, diced<br />
2 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained and rinsed<br />

1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese<br />
Pinch of salt</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial">Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until clear, about 5 mintues. Mix all ingredients in bowl or greased casserole dish until well combined. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes @ 350˚. Let stand a few minutes before serving.</font></p>
